Hit a high-note with the Hitmen, Friday, Jan. 29

The Hitmen will take the stage at Murphy’s Taproom in Manchester on Friday, Jan. 29, at 9:30 p.m.
The Hitmen aim to make the audience shake their bodies while stirring up their souls. The band’s play list ranges from ‘70s classic rock, to funk and disco, ‘80s and ‘90s rock and pop, and the new hits of today.
Based out of Haverhill and Methuen, the band features guitarist Mike DeAngelis (former lead guitarist of “the Hangovers”) and frontman Dave Clark (solo artist and lead singer/guitarist of the original bands Driveby Trio and the D.C.B.). Mike Salois, formerly of the original band “I,” plays drums; and on bass guitar is former Hangovers bassist Dan Morton, (also a member of the original band Soundchild).
All four musicians have years of experience playing throughout New England. They have been on the local music scene as the Hitmen for a little over a year now. Second only to their music is their commitment to giving the crowd a great show and making every night a party, according to band members.
Murphy’s Taproom is located at 49 Elm St. in Manchester. For more information call 644-3535 or visit www.murphystaproom.net.
