The Racky Thomas Band brings the blues to Strange Brew Tavern in Manchester at 9 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 26.

Hailing from Boston, the band plays the blues in the spirit of post-war Chicago and the Mississippi Delta. Members have received praise in local, national, and international blues publications, as well as worldwide radio airplay of their two most recent self-produced CDs: “Last Of The Big Spenders” and “Troubled All The Time.”
