PORTSMOUTH — The Music Hall of Portsmouth presents a Kids RULE! event featuring the movie “Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs” at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, at the historic theater.

Inspired by Ron and Judi Barrett’s beloved children’s book of the same name, the film follows inventor Flint Lockwood (voiced by Bill Hader) and brainy weather girl Sam Sparks (voiced by Anna Faris), as they attempt to discover why the rain in their small town has stopped and food is falling in its place.
Bring friends, family, children, and grandparents as the children’s book comes to life on the big screen.
